Allen enjoyed a 25-year career in Banking before migrating to New Zealand in 2000. 

Allen joined Cave Financial as a Portfolio Manager in 2009. He now oversees operations at Cave Financial as Practice Manager. His practical experience and solid understanding of personal and business risk management insurance has equipped him to provide support to Michael Cave and his Team.

Allen has been involved in a range of not-for-profit activities over many years and is an Order Member of St. John.

Allen loves to spend time with his family; he has a keen interest in art and music and collects antique English and European silver, specialising in Tableware.
