CHARGED: Excessive wise cracks during every meeting!
As a member of BNI Metro, I've been put under arrest and need your help raising bail!
The team at BNI Metro have been Making Hospice Happen in the community by supporting Totara Hospice for many years. They provide free care for those patients living with a terminal illness, providing support and care for the patient and their whanau, with a focus on living every moment as well as they can. Totara Hospice is not fully funded by the government and in fact must raise over $4million every year to continue to operate and support their community.
Totara Hospice are fundraising for new Patient Chairs for each of their 12 operational rooms. These chairs will provide comfort and wellbeing for the patients in their rooms, they are on wheels so can rolled outside to the balcony, or around the room. They are easily wiped down and cleaned and have electronic backs – the Ultimate Lazy Boy chair for patients. Each chair costs $5000 as a group we are hoping to raise enough for 3 chairs! So please help me Make Hospice Happen and ensure patients can have some extra comfort during their time at Totara Hospice.
I will be locked up 10.30am-3.00pm on Wednesday June 19, pleading bail for my crime. If you would like to bail me out, please donate whatever you can. Once the bail target is reached, prisoners will be set free. Some may be on parole at The Mission if they are bailed out early! Feel free to come along and join in the fun!
Thank you for supporting Totara Hospice and making a difference to people lives.
